Thank you for your interest in my practice.  I am licensed with the State of Massachusetts and am an active member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP).  

I graduated from the Palmer Institute of Massage and Bodywork in Salem, MA in 2008.  My practice combines many bodywork modalitiesin order to create a unique and effective massage experience.  I have the ability to work very specifically with particular muscle groups as well as provide a general therapeutic relaxation massage. I have experience working with Myofascial, Neuromuscular, Swedish, Sports and Pre/Post Natal Massage Therapies as well as Shiatsu and Reflexology.

I offer In-home massage, which means I bring the entire massage experience to you.  You provide enough space for me to perform the massage and I will provide everything else - table, linens, lotions, music and a massage experience tailored to meet your needs. You'll receive a complete spa treatment in the comfort of your home.

By combining modalities, individual client conditions can be addressed in a multi-faceted approach.  Utilizing aspects of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage as well as Reflexology and Shiatsu aids greatly in enhanced relaxation, alleviation of stress and achievement of homeostasis. In addition to easing physical pain, this approach can help strengthen the immune system, increase flexibility, and aiding the body's natural healing processes. 

I also provide Chair Massage for Corporate events (health fairs/recognition/appreciation programs) or personal events (parties, showers, etc.).
